the Second ACME Cup Season 2023
The season started officially at the first Race of the 2023 season as always at The Carlisle Import and Performance Show in May. The second event was in late July at the “Manx at the Hudson” event in Newburgh, New York. We added a fourth race (for 2023) at the “Manx in the Chesapeake” event in early September. Then the final race of the season was at ACME’s annual “Bugs by the River” event in late September that also crowned our repeat Champion, Jeane Cortright 🙂 again for 2023.
The Competition was much tighter though this year. Many car manufacturers caught up with ACE’s Racing and won some heats from both Jeff and Jean’s entries. Jean did prevail in the end, amazing car and driver. Congratulations !!!
